Appellant having moved to consolidate appeals taken from the judgments of Cayuga County Court, rendered June 25, 2015,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Mario J. Gutierrez, Esq. sworn to February 6, 2017, the notice of said motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals from the judgments rendered June 25, 2015 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
