THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. BRIAN T. BARRETT, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from a judgment of Livingston County Court, rendered July 3, 2014 and an order of Livingston County Court, dated November 26, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Guy A. Talia, Esq., sworn to November 5, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 6, 2018 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date November 5, 2018 and inserting in place thereof the date February 4, 2019.
