An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about May 27, 2014, and an order of this Court having been entered on April 16, 2019 (M-507) relieving Robert S. Dean, Esq., Center for Appellate Litigation and substituting Steven A. Feldman, Esq., as assigned counsel to prosecute said appeal,
And a Certificate by a Justice of this Court (M-2661), having been entered on August 9, 2018, denying defendant leave to appeal from an order, same court, entered on or about April 27, 2018,
And assigned counsel having moved to be relieved with respect to a purported appeal from the order entered on or about April 27, 2018, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of a right and defendant's application for a Certificate granting leave was denied,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is denied as unnecessary, movant having been appointed as assigned counsel on the direct appeal from the judgment rendered on or about May 27, 2014 (Case No. 2014-02178). Entered: May 18, 2021
