Upon application of Deputy State Public Defender William Whaley for an extension of time in which to serve and file appellant's supplemental opening brief, appellant is to file any supplemental brief no later than May 26, 2023. The People may file a response no later than June 9, 2023, and the appellant may file a reply no later than June 16, 2023.
