Based upon Deputy Attorney General Susan S. Kim's representation that the second supplemental respondent's brief is anticipated to be filed by November 15, 2021, counsel's request for an extension of time in which to file that brief is granted to November 15, 2021. After that date, no further extension is contemplated.
