ORDER
On the Court's own motion pursuant to MCR 7.216(A)(7) and (A)(9), defendant's appointed trial counsel, Wyatt G. Harris (P54891), is hereby DIRECTED to timely answer the prosecution's application for leave to appeal in this matter. See MCR 6.005(H)(1); People v Murphy, 477 Mich. 1019 (2007). The answer to the application for leave to appeal shall be filed within 7 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, and any answer to the motion for immediate consideration shall be filed within that same timeframe.
