Appeal by defendant from an order of the County Court, Kings County, dated September 27, 1960, which denied, without a hearing, his coram nobis application: (a) to vacate a judgment of said court rendered December 5, 1952 after a jury trial, convicting him of grand larceny in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a fourth felony offender, to serve a term of 25 years to life; and (b) for resentence as other than a fourth felony offender. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Pette, JJ., concur.
