Judgment of the County Court of Kings county reversed and new trial ordered, upon the ground that the witness Ditman was permitted to testify that he had made an investigation and found that pawn tickets represented property belonging to other people. Woodward, Thomas, Rich and Carr, JJ., concurred; Hirschberg, P.J., dissented.
