Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken from the judgments of Oneida County Court, rendered September 8, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq. dated July 4, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 14, 2013 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 15, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date September 16, 2013.
