People v. Bannon

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jul 13, 1987
132 A.D.2d 611 (N.Y. App. Div. 1987)

Opinion

July 13, 1987

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (McInerney, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The record reveals that the defendant knowingly and voluntarily pleaded guilty to the charge of bail jumping in the first degree (see, People v. Harris, 61 N.Y.2d 9). We have considered the defendant's remaining contentions and find them to be without merit. Mangano, J.P., Bracken, Niehoff, Kooper and Spatt, JJ., concur.
