Defendant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Steuben County Court, rendered November 30, 2021, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew.

Memorandum: Defendant's motion fails to establish that she is "financially unable to obtain counsel" (County Law §722) and fails to establish entitlement to poor person relief under the Rules of the Appellate Division (see 22 NYCRR §1250.4[d][1]; 22 NYCRR §1000.4[f][1][i],[ii]).
