Prosecution for obtaining waiver of lien by check on insufficient funds with intent to defraud. Sentence of fine and imprisonment.

Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Frank M. Padden, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the February term, 1928.
