Appellant is not aggrieved by so much of the order as imposed sanctions on appellant's attorney (see CPLR 5511; Scopelliti v Town of New Castle, 92 N.Y.2d 944 [1988]). The remainder of the order is not appealable as of right (see CPL 450.10) and leave to appeal (see CPL 450.15) has not been granted.
