The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Desean L. BAILEY, Appellant.


Appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District (John James Andrews, J.), rendered September 21, 2022. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal contempt in the second degree, and imposed sentence. Assigned counsel has submitted a brief in accordance with An- ders v California (386 US 738 [1967]), seeking leave to withdraw as counsel.
