THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, RESPONDENT, v. RICHARD BAEZ, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT.


PRESENT:

Appellant having applied for permission to file an oversized brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Monroe County Court, rendered September 29, 2016, and for an extension of the time to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the application of appellant with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that appellant is permitted to file an oversized brief containing 19,500 words, and

It is further ORDERED that the application for an extension of the time to perfect the appeal is granted on the condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before January 28, 2019, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
