ORDER
In lieu of granting defendant's application for leave to appeal, the Supreme Court remanded this case to this Court for reconsideration of defendant's application for leave to appeal filed in this Court "in light of the concern articulated in People v Yost, 468 Mich. 122, 124 n 2, 659 N.W.2d 604 (2003)." People v Bader, ___Mich___(2022) (Docket No. 163778). On reconsideration, the application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented.
