A decision and order of this Court having been entered on March 10, 1998 (Appeal No. 458), unanimously affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (John Collins, J.), rendered on September 14, 1993,And defendant-appellant having moved, by separate motions in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, for a review of his claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and for a default judgment based on the District Attorney's allegedly unreasonable delays in responding to the application, and for related relief (M-1341/M-6900),Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are denied.
