DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to strike the brief filed by assigned counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 14, 2011.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until July 29, 2013, and the pro se supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
