Appeal by the defendant from an order of the County Court, Kings County, dated September 21, 1959, denying, without a hearing, his coram nobis application to vacate a judgment of said court rendered April 7, 1958, convicting him, on his plea of guilty, of attempted forgery in the third degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to serve a term of one year and three months to two years. Order affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
