Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered March 11, 2022. Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as the defendant was granted poor person relief and assignment of counsel in a decision and order on motion dated March 30, 2022.
