On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the August 27, 2015 order of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Ottawa County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order. The prosecutor shall specifically address the argument that the guidelines scoring for Prior Record Variable 5, MCL 777.55, was incorrect.
The application for leave to appeal and motion to remand and appoint counsel remain pending.
