Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Steuben County Court, rendered December 21, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Bradley E. Keem, Esq. sworn to March 14, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Brooks T. Baker, Esq. dated March 24, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 14, 2014 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date March 17, 2014 and inserting in place thereof the date June 9, 2014.
