On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the May 8, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.

Cavanagh and Kelly, JJ., would remand this case to the trial court to conduct an in camera hearing regarding whether the confidential informant's identity should have been disclosed.
