ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders: The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED IN PART for lack of jurisdiction. The delayed application is dismissed as to the May 12, 2022 order because appellant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A)(4). The delayed application for leave to appeal remains pending only as to the June 28, 2023 order.
