        In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Armstrong, 317 Ill.App.3d 877, 251 Ill.Dec. 745, 741 N.E.2d 339 (2000), and to reconsider the case in light of People v. Rivera, case No. 89884, 198 Ill.2d 364, 261 Ill.Dec. 336, 763 N.E.2d 306 (12/06/01).
