Appellant having moved for a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of this Court entered January 31, 1992 affirming a judgment of Erie County Court, rendered January 18, 1991,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Barry Arkim sworn to March 8, 2016 and the statements of Barry Arkim dated April 8, 2016 and April 18, 2016, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, the statements of Nicholas T. Texido, Esq. dated April 12, 2016 and April 28, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are denied.
