Present — Martin, P.J., Cohn, Callahan, Peck and Van Voorhis, JJ.; Callahan and Peck, JJ., dissent and vote to reverse the judgment, dismiss the information and remit the fine on the ground that the crime was not established beyond a reasonable doubt.


Judgment affirmed. No opinion.
