DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered October 25, 2022. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to mark the appeal confidential and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to mark the appeal confidential is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including a copy of the sealing order of the County Court, Orange County, in the above entitled action; and it is further, ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted to the extent that the appellant's counsel shall prosecute the appeal expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9) and written directions.
