Assigned counsel for defendant-appellant having moved to dismiss the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about October 15, 2014, as abandoned, without prejudice to reinstatement as such time as appellant becomes amenable to the jurisdiction of this Court, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
