DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to vacate dismissals of appeals, for extension of time to perfect appeals and for further relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the dismissals of the appeals are vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to June 28, 2021.
