MOTION DECISION

Defendant-appellant having moved to dismiss the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about January 05, 2018, and to amend the decision and order of this Court, entered on September 29, 2022 (Appeal No. 16291) to reflect the correct judgment date of December 21, 2020, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that so much of the motion seeking leave to amend this Court's order is denied as moot, said order having been administratively amended to reflect the correct judgment date. That branch of the motion seeking leave to dismiss the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, rendered on or about December 21, 2020, is granted.
