Appeals having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about September 13, 2017 (Case No. 2018-1757) and from an order, same Court, entered on or about February 16, 2021 (Case No. 2021-01639), And defendant-appellant having moved for an order granting anonymity of the records in the consolidated appeals, and sealing this application and all future filings in this case, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the record on appeal, all briefs, decisions and orders, as well as this application, and all future filings in this matter, are sealed. All records under Indictment No. 3127/15 shall refer to defendant-appellant as Anonymous. The Clerk is directed to calendar the appeal under People v Anonymous.
