Appeal from order of Supreme Court, New York County (Luis Neco, J.), entered in October 1986, unanimously converted into a motion for a writ of error coram nobis, and the motion is denied. (See, People v Byrne, 133 A.D.2d 485; People v Bachert, 69 N.Y.2d 593.) No opinion.
