THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. OSCAR DAVID ANDRADE, PETER ANTONIO RIZO, CESAR IGNACIO LOZA, and LUIS ANTHONY LOZA, Defendants and Appellants.

The opinion filed on April 9, 2007 in the above named case is hereby modified as follows:

1. On page 6 in the third line, the word, "proudly," is deleted.

2. On page 38, immediately before the numbered heading, "III," a paragraph should be inserted, reading: "The defendants contend the cumulative effect of their alleged errors denied them a fair trial. However, as established above, no error occurred and thus, no cumulative effect needs to be addressed."

This modification does not effect a change in judgment. The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
