People v. Anderson

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Dec 10, 1998
256 A.D.2d 119 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998)

Opinion

December 10, 1998

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Beal, J.).

A review of the entire record establishes a valid waiver of defendant's right to appeal ( see, People v. Seaberg, 74 N.Y.2d 1, 11; People v. Aponte, 212 A.D.2d 157). Accordingly, appellate review of the denial of his suppression motion is foreclosed.

Concur — Sullivan, J. P., Milonas, Wallach, Williams and Mazzarelli, JJ.
