An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 18, 2021, and said appeal having been perfected, And the HR Policy Association having moved for leave to file a brief as amicus curiae in support of defendants-appellants, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and the HR Policy Association is directed to serve a copy of the amicus curiae brief, in the form submitted with the moving papers, on all parties to the appeal, and to file with this Court an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of said brief, within 15 days of the entry of this order.
