Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County (Marc J. Whiten, J.), rendered November 8, 2008, convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of resisting arrest, and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction (Marc J. Whiten, J.), rendered November 8, 2008, affirmed.

PRESENT: Lowe, III, P.J., Shulman, Hunter, Jr., JJ.


Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted ( see Anders v California, 386 US 738; People v Saunders, 52 AD2d 833, 834). We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
