DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondents for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief and for further oral argument on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 31, 2008, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 16, 2010 (see People v Alonso, 70 AD3d 957), and remitted to this Court by the Court of Appeals by order dated May 3, 2011 (see People v Alonso, 16 NY3d 581).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
