People of Michigan v. Kayed Almeraisi

LC No. 12-009367-01-FC

Kirsten Frank Kelly, Thomas C. Cameron Judges

ORDER

Christopher M. Murray Presiding Judge

The motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED. MCR 7.208(H).

The motions for a new trial and to remand for an evidentiary hearing are DENIED.

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the successive motion for relief from judgment.

Both motions to waive motion fees are DENIED as moot because defendant has already remitted all of the disputed fees.
