Appellant having moved to extend the stay of sentence pending appeal taken from the judgment of the Oswego County Court, rendered March 28, 2023, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, to the extent that the stay granted by Justice McGunnigle is extended, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein, on the condition that the appeal is perfected on or before October 24, 2023.
