ORDER
On reconsideration pursuant to the December 9, 2022 order of the Michigan Supreme Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal is again DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the motion for relief from judgment.
The motion to remand for an evidentiary hearing is again DENIED.
