DECISION & ORDER
Appeal by the defendant, as limited by his motion, from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Evelyn J. Laporte, J.), imposed May 13, 2021, upon his plea of guilty, on the ground that the sentence was excessive.
ORDERED that the sentence is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant's contention, the portion of the sentence imposing a period of three years of probation plus 20 sessions with the Brooklyn Justice Initiatives program was not excessive (see People v. Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80, 455 N.Y.S.2d 675 ).
CONNOLLY, J.P., RIVERA, MILLER and FORD, JJ., concur.
