Motion by defendant to dispense with printing and for assignment of counsel denied on the ground that defendant has not served or filed a notice of appeal from the order made and entered November 16, 1961, denying his coram nobis applications; and, hence, there is no appeal pending. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
