ORDER

By order of June 29, 2022, the application for leave to appeal the September 14, 2021 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Monroe (Docket No. 163937). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Monroe on July 21, 2023, 511 Mich. 1117 (2023), the application is again considered and, it appearing to this Court that the cases of People v McKewen (Docket No. 158869) and People v Gardner (Docket No. 163124) are pending on appeal before this Court and that the decisions in those cases may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decisions in those cases.
