Order of the Appellate Term of the Court of Special Sessions, affirming judgment of conviction in the Magistrates' Court, reversed on the facts, and a new trial ordered, on the ground that the decision is against the weight of the evidence. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Jaycox, Kelby and Young, JJ., concur.
