ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to compel the filing of the transcripts and amend briefing deadline is treated as a motion to extend time to file transcripts and is GRANTED. A notice of filing transcripts for all hearing dates listed on the Claim of Appeal received on April 27, 2022, with the exception of the March 14, 2022, resentencing transcript, and proof of service of the transcripts on Attorney Faraone, must be filed within 21 days of the date of this order. The time for filing the appellant's brief shall be calculated from the notice of filing transcript pursuant to MCR 7.212(A)(1)(a)(iii).

The Clerk's Office is directed to forward a copy of this order to Court Reporter Lynn Beldin (CER5710).
