The issues to be briefed and argued in the above-captioned matter are expanded to include the following: Could the jury, in this case, have concluded that defendant used an inherently deadly weapon in committing the assault without also concluding that defendant used a weapon in a manner that presents a risk of death or great bodily injury?
The Attorney General's time to serve and file the opening brief on the merits is extended to September 21, 2018.
