Motion for reargument held, decision reserved and matter remitted to Supreme Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following Memorandum: We remit the matter to Supreme Court for a determination and a hearing, if necessary, regarding whether defense counsel approved the verdict sheet ( see, People v Damiano, 87 N.Y.2d 477).
