Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 9, 1962 after a jury trial, convicting him of assault in the third degree and suspending sentence. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Christ, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
