DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to consolidate an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered June 14, 2010, with an appeal, by permission, from an order of the same court dated February 23, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 17, 2011, the appellant, if he be so advised, shall serve and file a supplemental brief raising points of argument concerning the order dated February 23, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before November 21, 2011, the respondent shall file a brief, if any, in response to the appellant's main brief as well as the appellant's supplemental brief, if any.
